How about a free Taekwondo training session today? 3 pm, 30/10/2021 in Father Collins Park (see where the photo was taken? – exactly that spot). Adults also welcome. We can stay after the first hour and do some adult training. See you there!

Weather permitting, we are back in the park again at 3 pm. If there are any adults who wish to join, here is an idea: let’s start with the kids (to warm up – it takes longer at certain age) and stay behind for some time for proper training. Self defence? Poomsae? Kyorugi?
Although we still cannot use the Clongriffin Junction, we started the trainings this year in Father Collins Park. It is also Taekwondo Day today. Dear All, With the current restrictions of 6 persons in a training I cannot imagine how the selection of people to train would look. There is regularly some 15 – 20 of us in training. Poomsea, or patters, are a set of moves, which demonstrate a student’s ability and level. There are a lot of different poomsae or groups of poomsae.
